Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Tash! My passion for movement led me to specialise in Ashtanga Vinyasa & Rocket Yoga, and Reformer Pilates. These practices transformed my own mind and body, and I’m dedicated to sharing those benefits by making fitness truly accessible to everyone. In my classes, I prioritise affordability and inclusivity to ensure quality movement is available to every body in a welcoming, non-judgmental space. I teach with a deep passion, and my ultimate goal is for you to walk away loving these practices just as much as I do!

Please note: I am on maternity leave. Off peak means I will have my daughter with me, which is why I offer a discounted rate. Peak refers to times where childcare is covered. You are also more than welcome to bring your own baby to any of the sessions if you feel comfortable to, just bring them something to lie on/in.

Where do the sessions take place?

Both Reformer Pilates and Yoga take place at my home in E17.  

How do I book a session?

You can book directly through the online platform. Simply select your preferred date and time, choose your session type, and complete the secure payment. If you can't find a suitable date or time then please email me on the address below.

What should I bring to my session?

You are welcome to bring your own mat to yoga but I have spares if needed. A water bottle and comfortable clothing are good for both types of classes, otherwise I just need you!

Are there any age or fitness requirements?

Sessions are suitable for all levels. I provide 1:1 attention and customised goals to ensure a safe and effective experience for every body.
